Hi Kip, first of all thanks for all you are doing for us all :o)) and I have no problem with my parcel at the moment. My problem is about the fact that the land is closed to casual passer-by.

I learnt a bit French in school, Italian and French are Romance languages, therefore I understand a tad. ;)
you are teaching Italian? This language sounds very melodic in my ears.
I am a very, very beginner in speaking this language.
Of course I went some holidays to Italy but ordering in a restaurant is all I can. ;)
By the way, in an italian restaurant I asked the waiter, sprechen Sie Deutsch. He answered, no. Then he called for a waiter who speaks German. But in meanwhile I gathered my Italian vocab and orded in Italian - and the German -> Italian "Translator" (other waiter) tanslated my Italian into German to that guy who didn't speak German.
You can always find funny things in life (RL+SL). :)
