Hello Kip. Thank you very much for a nice meeting in Slenglish.
I `d like to use SL in english practise and have intesting frends.
If you have any questions about Russia, you can tell about its at me.
Thanks Kip, I'm looking for references to studies/reports/whatever on the use of SL in language education. Fire said you were doing some good work in this area.
Hi Kip,
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you...I only seem to have any free time at the weekends recently!
That would be a great help for both me and my students. I still haven't got my students all signed up and registered yet. I still consider myself a bit of a newbie, so most of my time is spent exploring and trying to get to grips with both the program and the community. I want to be fairly competent before I lead my students into SL!
Is "Teach you teach me" another ning/SL group? I've had a look around your SL island. It's a pretty impressive place! Are all of the little teaching spaces designed and ran by you, or do they belong to other teachers?
Thanks a lot, Kip. Have a question for you: read somewhere you are offering land in SL for free. Is that so? Looking forward to your reply. Thanks in advance.
Adrianne
Thanks for adding me a a friend! I have about 1001 questions on SL and English. Don't worry I'm not going to throw them all at you straight away! Where would you consider to be the best palce for one of my students to get some free speaking practice on SL, either with a teacher or just native speakers?
Thank you Kip, yup, will see you in world soon. am trying to complete my TEFL assignments nowadays, so will be going in world more frequently afterwards. By the way, the auto spell check in this box is prompting that afterwards is wrong, it should be afterward. Is it?
cheers!
